In another word, management is the process of planning, organizing, leading and controlling an organization's human, financial, physical and information resources to achieve organizational goals in an effective and efficient manner.

In short, Management can be defined as Manage Men Tactfully.

Resources of Management are human financial physical and information now human refers to the Employees working in a factory or organization financial research investment is an example of financial resources physical resources of hard vibration building all the equipment for the physical resource of an organization and information resource is the database an organization have
